List your cars on SnagMoto

1. Create a folder in your own Google Drive (name it anything — e.g. SnagMoto Cars).
2. For each car, create one sub-folder inside it. Drop in the car's photos and a plain text file describing it.
3. Share the top folder with our Drive account (see the next section). Tell us the folder URL via the onboarding form.
4. Within a few minutes of us verifying access, every car in your folder appears on your SnagMoto storefront. WhatsApp inquiries go straight to your number.

Right-click your top folder in Drive → Share → paste this email as Viewer:

• Viewer is enough — we only read from your folder, we never modify your files.
• Uncheck “Notify people”when sharing (the address is a service account, so there's no inbox on the other side).
• You can revoke access at any time by unsharing. Your listings come down automatically at the next sync.

One folder per car. Name each sub-folder using the car — lowercase, dashes, no spaces:

• Sub-folder name must be lowercase letters, numbers, and dashes only. Year–make–model works well.
• If a name is already used, add a number: 2022-toyota-land-cruiser-2.
• To remove a car, delete its sub-folder.
• To update a car (price change, new photo), just edit the files — we pick up the change automatically.

Plain text. Any format, any language. Include at least the year, make, model, price, and mileage. An AI reads it and fills in the structured fields — you can write however feels natural:

If something is unclear or missing, the SnagMoto chat will ask you follow-up questions before the listing goes live (e.g., “What's the fuel type? Export-ready?”). You answer in the chat; we update the listing.

• At least 1 photo required. Ideally 3–8.
• Name them photo1.jpg, photo2.jpg, etc. The first one becomes the cover.
• JPG, PNG, or WebP. Any size — we optimize them automatically.
• Good mix: exterior front 3/4, side, rear 3/4, dashboard, odometer reading, any damage.

• Listings go through a quick verification before they're visible publicly (usually same-day).
• You'll see your cars at yourdealership.snagmoto.com once approved.
• Buyers click the WhatsApp button; messages land on your phone directly.
