Privacy policy

What data we collect

• Business email address (the Google account you sign in with).
• Business name, contact name, WhatsApp — written to your own Drive folder; we do not copy these to our servers.
• Consent records (which policy versions you accepted and when).

Where data is stored

Your dealership data (listings, photos, contact details) lives in the Google Drive folder you own and share with us. On our side we keep only a Google Sheet with opaque Drive folder IDs, approval timestamps, and consent records. Dealer email addresses are verified at sign-in time via Google but never stored on our side.

Sub-processors

• Vercel (EU/US) — hosting and AI Gateway.
• Google (EU/US) — Drive, Sheets, OAuth.

Retention

We retain your folder ID and consent records as long as your share with snagmoto-sync@snagmoto.iam.gserviceaccount.com is active. If you revoke the share, we lose access automatically, and we delete the corresponding rows on the next sync.
