Service

SnagMoto helps car dealers in the UAE publish their inventory to buyers in Africa. You share a Google Drive folder with us as Viewer; we publish a mobile-first web storefront that surfaces your cars and routes buyer inquiries to your WhatsApp number.

Pricing

The service is currently free during MVP. Future pricing is under design (see the SnagMoto spec for the in-flight discussion). Any change to pricing will be communicated to approved dealers at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Acceptable use

• List only vehicles you are authorized to sell.
• Don’t list stolen, encumbered, or fraudulent vehicles.
• Provide accurate photos, mileage, and pricing — buyers rely on what you publish.
• Don’t impersonate another dealer or person.
• Don’t share the same Drive folder across unrelated dealerships.

We may suspend or terminate access if a listing or behavior breaches the above.

Liability

We provide the service as-is and make no warranties about uptime, search ranking, or buyer volume. We’re not a party to the transaction between you and the buyer — disputes about the vehicle, price, shipping, paperwork, or post-sale issues are between dealer and buyer.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to approved dealers, and the version number + effective date above will be bumped.

Governing law

SnagMoto is operated by a Hong Kong company. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and any disputes will be resolved in Hong Kong courts.
